We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.   What are your responsibilities?  Lead the design, development, and integration of AI/ML solutions into business workflows.Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.Build, test, and deploy advanced AI tools, including chatbots, labor estimation systems, and predictive models.Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and robustness.Mentor and train junior data scientists and engineers in AI/ML best practices and frameworks.Design and deploy APIs and data pipelines to support AI-driven solutions.Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive business insights.Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to inform strategy.Perform other tasks as assigned to drive the company's AI initiatives.Other tasks as assigned.     Will you fit in?Our employees fearlessly embrace the company culture and applicants who merely want to punch in their timecards everyday are not what we are looking for.You can work independently with minimal guidance but aren't afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.You are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with your team to improve the entire team.    Does experience count?  5+ years in data science, AI/ML, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.Strong proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages; familiarity with C# or web development frameworks is a plus.Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service or Hugging Face.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and deploying AI solutions at scale.Strong skills in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Business Central, or ability to quickly learn related systems is a plus.Experience building end-to-end agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.     Conference Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
