Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to enhance our online presence, promote our brand, and drive online bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate SID Royale's brand in the digital space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Promotion:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Platform Listings:
  • Ensure SID Royale is listed on all relevant online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms.
  • Maintain and update listings to reflect current offerings and promotions.
  • Online Bookings:
  • Optimize the online booking process to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure seamless integration between marketing efforts and booking systems
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
