Job Responsibilities:

1- Responsible to provide sales team with necessary technical expertise which enables them to sell the product in competitive environment.
2- To develop technical product & corporate brochure with the help of production & clinical team with appropriate features & benefits. This will enable field staff to sell the product.
3- Technical brochure includes relevant clinical information for product positioning, electronic promotional material.
4- Collecting & compiling product movement data to ensure correct product positioning. collecting competitor’s product & strategy data with the help of field staff & prepare counter strategy.
5- Identifying market gaps & suggests new products for market expansion in line with current product portfolio.
6- Product & field training
7- Plan CRM activities for important cardiology conferences & prepare participation activities based on available budget planning for national & international conferences .This includes stall preparation, faculty or KOL involvement for company’s product promotion.
8- Develop at list 2 KOLS IN each zone for CRM & Clinical Activities.

Job Accountabilities:

1- Will be accountable to provide & prepare product broachers with relevant technical data in specified period of time based on field staff requirement.
2- To design standees’, leave behinds, product reminders required for sales promotion based on market requirements.
3- Implement, review & follow ups of individual customers, hospitals, conference CRM to achieve minimum profitability & unit wise sales.
4- To identify training needs of an individual & impart training.
5- Prepare bimonthly, half yearly, annual zone wise sales presentation based on product movement each zone.
6- To coordinate with business head for preparing presentations related to MIS,Market research of existing & new products in a given time frame.
7- Coordination with important KOLs
