Technical Drawing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Drawing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects.Your primary focus will be on producing accurate and comprehensive drawings that meet the requirements of our clients. This will involve working closely with our architects and engineers to ensure that all drawings are up-to-date and reflect the latest building codes and regulations.You will have proficiency in Revit software, which is essential for this role.Additionally, you will be required to create technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects such as banking drawings, contract drawings, and working drawings.Familiarity with National Construction Code (NCC) building codes and regulations is a must.Maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this role.You will also need to develop excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with our design team and clients.The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Bonus: Experience with 3D modeling software would be an asset.A degree or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not essential.This is a full-time remote role that offers flexibility and autonomy.
