At Pinnacle Group, we are seeking a seasoned IT staffing professional to lead the day-to-day management of our H1B employee program.H1B Program ManagerAbout the Role:The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing high-volume recruiting environments and be confident navigating fast-paced, complex staffing programs. This role will interface directly with recruiters, account managers, immigration teams, and consultants to drive program success and minimize bench time.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support H1B employees throughout the full assignment lifecycle, from onboarding through redeploymentMonitor timesheet activity to ensure H1B contractors are consistently working the maximum allowable hoursPartner with recruiters and account managers to identify and align open client roles with available H1B consultantsServe as the primary point of contact for H1B consultants, providing regular communication, support, and career guidanceCoordinate redeployment efforts to minimize bench time and increase utilization across accountsCollaborate with internal immigration teams to gather and manage all necessary H1B documentation and recordsMaintain compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies related to H1B employmentTrack program status, resource availability, and utilization metrics; provide regular reporting to leadershipAnticipate redeployment needs and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitionsRequirements:2+ years of experience in IT staffing or contingent workforce management is requiredStrong familiarity with H1B program requirements, employment regulations, and immigration documentationDemonstrated success managing consultant relationships, redeployment pipelines, and compliance processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with both consultants and internal teamsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with spreadsheets, CRM/ATS systems, and standard business toolsExperience supporting high-volume recruiting or contractor management programs is strongly preferredWhy Work with Us?We offer the opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-moving environment where your work matters every day.
