Skills and Experience:

● 2+ years of sales/BDR B2B experience is desired – that is working with external sales teams.
● Have 3-5 years’ experience in all aspects of Business Development, that include self-training, preparation and generating outbound business.
● Excellent Communication Skills in English – Oral and Written
● To be curious and willing to learn and share ideas.
● Skills in professional Social media tools
● Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mind set
● Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Familiarise yourself with the different offerings we have
● Outbound calling to generate business (80+ calls a day or a high number of leads)
● Use your conversational manner as you follow our scripts to qualify opportunities that meet or exceed our clients expectations
● Following up with sales/Partners to develop and progress Sales pipeline/SQL conversion
● Working with different groups to share feedback on quality of Marketing qualified lead.
● Re-qualifying leads that are overdue or rejected.
