Understand the requirements and provide high-level technical designs that is fit for purpose & also world-class.
Delegates to the team as appropriate, for instance appropriate design work, while providing assurance that the design is fit for purpose.
Work with other Pega LSAs, LBAs, and PSAs to set up standards and guidelines.
Work in agile methodology and support the iteration/project manager to size, manage scope, and risk using stand-ups, burn-down, status reports, retrospectives, etc.
Work with the LBA and client SMEs to obtain the sign-off of deliverables.
Conduct design workshops with interfacing applications and explain the interfacing requirements.
Assist and coach other System Architect roles in the team.
Provide inputs on solutions and estimates.
Highlight risks and assumptions identified during the project.
Work closely with delivery teams of various applications in ensuring test alignment at the test case level.
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, and Resources) to the project manager.
Ensure the delivered solution matches customer functional requirements and commits to Customer Success.
