POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts
Work with stakeholders to drive end-to-end procurement of tools, performing Fit-GAP analysis’
Define and analyze business processes and validate requirements
Apply understanding of the technical aspect of tools and advise on best practices
Draw BPMN diagrams of business processes
Build Requirement Traceability Matrixx
Perform cost-benefit analysis to produce business benefit matrix, drive business decisions
Act as a process expert for Lead to Quote Process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Tier 1 MBA
2+ years’ relevant experience in CEO’s office /GTM/Consulting
Experiencing working on business analysis frameworks
Experience with Application implementation life cycle
Strong written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Gartner Inc, Capterra, LeadiQ, Zoominfo, is an added advantage.
