Role TL- MTX Infra Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Technology, Operations & Maintenance Location Lucknow (UP East Circle) Job Purpose - MTX Infra Operations and Projects for Cell Sites/VTH and MTX/Data Centers - Energy and Opex. Management including regulatory compliance and sustainability. Provide deep analytics as well as presentation support including data gathering, liaising with other stakeholders like OEM/ manufacturers, MS partners etc., actively contribute to cross-functional teams like Finance, SCM, SSC etc - Co-ordination with Local authorities/EB department for smooth MTX operations Key Result Areas/Accountabilities - MTX Infra Operation 100% uptime delivery of MTX infra equipment's and completion of Infra upgradation projects within time lines - Deep knowledge and skill set on Infra equipment for MTX/VTH/Data centers. - AMC adherence and c-ordination with OEMs/MS/Product owners/local vendors. - Regulatory compliance with co-ordination with local authorities and other stakeholders. - Implementation of energy efficient solution at MTX/VTH/cell sites. - Efficient in handling Disaster management of MTX - Regular audit/PM of electrical/infra of MTX. Do regular risk assessment and timely mitigation for MTX/own Cell sites - Monthly Energy Bills validation& Other MIS for various analysis. - Develop various dashboards, presentations and other analysis as required - Focus on impact rather than tasks; Stakeholder management - Familiarity with all energy and Op-Ex. spend data & reporting. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Experience in Telecom Infra Network Operation and Maintenance like Cell Sites, VTH, MTX /Data Centers, Project Management. Expertise in energy efficient operations. Knowledge of telecom electrical equipment dimensioning and energy-efficiency solution. Development of business cases for various initiatives; including financial knowledge. Hypothesis based thinking. Expert in excel, power-point and other analytics tools needs to be able to acquire, curate and manage vast amounts of data and provide data-heavy analysis as well as generate presentations in a time-sensitive manner. Good work-ethic/hard-worker and self-starter. Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications BE/BTECH in Electrical with 10 + years of experience.
