Looking for candidates with 10 years of work experience in Medical Coding Training preferably experienced Auditors QA s with training capabilities Basic Requirements Must be certified CPC CCS COC CIC etc from AAPC or AHIMA Effective Presentation Skills Strong knowledge on Human Anatomy Physiology and Medical Terminology Well-versed with all the ICD-10-CM Guidelines Complete knowledge on CPT Modifiers HCPCS Level II codes Capable of handling 30-75 trainees at the same time Must be adaptable to changes Conducting assessments to provide feedback to the trainees Track and report on the effectiveness of training programmes ensuring that the transfer of knowledge meets the organization s objectives Proficiency at researching and solving problems related to coding Hands-on experience in designing training modules education materials test papers for freshers as well as for experienced coders and evaluating the outcomes of training sessions Must be tech-savvy in implementing LMS and other automated software Willing to travel and stay at different locations of Eclat offices as per business requirements Specializations must be good at below specialties Emergency Department Professional Facility Evaluation Management IP and OP Surgery Familiar with 10000 series to 90000 series is must More Details Position Assistant Manager Dept Training Experience 10 Location Karimnagar
