What will you contribute A passionate and results-driven Product Owner is sought to join the Agile development team. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value features that align with customer and business needs. The Product Owner serves as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories. Responsibilities & Deliverables - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals. - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings. - Make informed decisions on trade-offs between scope, time, and resources. - Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve features. - Ensure alignment between product development and customer needs. - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. - 3+ years of Financial Industry experience. - Requires 6 to 9 years of overall professional experience. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with product lifecycle management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and business value. - Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
