Job Description Minimum Qualifications : B.E/B Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics engineering Job-Specific Skills :Strong knowledge of materials, equipment, and construction methods used in oil and gas projects. Roles and Responsibilities:- Estimation scope includesmall, medium and large Modular building, Data centers, Living Quarters , Blast rated modules related toOil and Gas Industry (Offshore / Onshore) , Petrochemical industries andRefineries using estimation tools and standards . Estimation will be based on codes and standards of Oil and Gas industry which include IMO , SOLAS , BS , NFPA standards and shall be familiar with the standards Need to analyse detailed project scope, tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare final cost estimates. Evaluate / negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and competitiveness. Develop most competitive pricing strategy and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in line with Oil and Gas standards. Conduct cost risk analysis and identify potential cost-saving measures. Prepare presentable bid documentation, technical clarifications/ qualification, and pricing sheets for submission to clients. Maintain cost databases, unit rate analysis, and historical project records for future tendering purpose . Support post-bid negotiations and handover of estimates to execution team. Provide support for any selection and optimization of work scope during project execution stage . Support project team in identification, evaluation and capture of capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks. Perform cost reconciliation to previous estimates as project develops and help project team to prepare the cost report which can use a s bench mark for future estimate .
