Explore our Myntra page: https://www.myntra.com/dora-dori Role Overview: As an E-commerce Executive [Marketplaces], you’ll manage daily operations across fashion marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and others. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across teams to ensure smooth execution of listings, pricing, promotions, and dispatches. Key Responsibilities: - Manage product listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing updates, and stock syncing across marketplaces. - Oversee daily operations including returns, claims, ad changes, and performance optimization. - Maintain and update MIS trackers, sales dashboards, and performance reports. - Coordinate with design, warehouse, and marketing teams for timely uploads, replenishments, and campaigns. - Leverage AI tools and workflow automations to improve reporting and operational efficiency. - Track marketplace KPIs — sales, cancellations, return rates, and ad spends. - Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize visibility and sales. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (fashion background preferred). - Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis. - Keen interest in AI tools, automations, and performance analytics. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong ownership mindset — accountable, problem-solving, and self-driven.
