Job Description Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience 3 +yrs Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team at a leading printing and packaging boxes manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through both calling and fieldwork. This role will require strong communication, customer engagement, and market research skills to support the expansion of our client base. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: oMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. oPrepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Fieldwork & Client Meetings: oConduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their packaging requirements. oPresent and negotiate packaging solutions, pricing, and contracts. oProvide regular updates and reports on field visits and meetings. Customer Support & Relationship Management: oDevelop long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up. oAddress any customer issues or concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Production & Operations Team: oCoordinate with the production team to ensure that the client's packaging requirements are met. oEnsure timely delivery and quality standards for all packaging products. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: oBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: o1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry. oExperience in both tele-sales (cold calling) and field sales. Skills: oStrong communication and negotiation skills. oAbility to build relationships and work well with clients. oProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. oGood understanding of the packaging industry and products (preferred). Other: oWillingness to travel to client locations for fieldwork. oAbility to work independently and as part of a team. oStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Working Conditions: Office-based role with frequent travel to client locations for fieldwork. Working hours 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance. Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
