Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at the Roadies Rostel ARC Resort, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries via phone and email, and performing daily receptionist duties. The Hotel Receptionist will also support smooth communication and coordination to ensure exceptional guest service. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities - Experience with Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and front-desk operations - Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems - Excellent Phone Etiquette and professionalism in handling guest inquiries - Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability - Basic computer skills; knowledge of office software and reservation systems is a plus - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are beneficial
