Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Engineer based in Mumbai. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing detailed technical reports, analyzing market trends, and providing consultation for various purposes such as sales, purchases, taxation, and insolvency. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients, ensuring compliance with property-related regulations, and maintaining valuation standards. The role involves direct communication with various stakeholders and comprehensive preparation of professional-grade reports. Qualifications - Proficiency in property valuation, technical report preparation, and compliance with International Valuation Standards - Ability to conduct market analysis, research current trends, and provide accurate assessments - Expertise in utilizing tools and software relevant to valuation and property consulting - Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in engaging with clients and stakeholders - Educational qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional accreditation is an advantage - Proven experience in valuation for financial, governmental, or personal purposes - Familiarity with regional regulations, market dynamics in Mumbai, and property-related tax laws
