Job Description Data QA Analyst 882 Location: Pune / Trivandrum Experience: 5+ years Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office) Notice Period: 015 days Working Days: 5 days/week (from ODC) About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data QA Analyst with strong expertise in ETL Testing and Python automation. The role involves validating ETL workflows, conducting detailed data quality checks, and automating processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms. Key Responsibilities - Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation logic, and loading processes. - Conduct API testing for data validation across integrated systems. - Execute data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Write and run complex SQL queries for profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. - Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating data quality checks and reporting. - Identify and analyze data anomalies, trends, and discrepancies in large datasets. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. - Prepare documentation including QA processes, test plans, test results, and data lineage for audits. - Support enhancements to existing data QA frameworks, tools, and best practices.
