Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack to build secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Technology Stack: - Backend: Java, Spring Boot, ORM, JPA - Frontend: TypeScript, React.js - Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle - Build & Testing: Maven, JUnit - Deployment: Kubernetes (K8s) - Optional Integrations: OAuth 2.0, Keycloak B. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features and components using the defined technology stack. - Build secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and backend services. - Collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, and onshore teams throughout the sprint cycle. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Continuously improve application performance and optimize resource usage. C. Quality Expectations - Maintain Code Quality Score of Grade A or higher (via SonarQube or static analysis). - Ensure Production Defect Leakage remains below 2% of total delivered stories. - Achieve 100% Peer Review Compliance for all code changes.
