Coin your trust in us as we create magic together You need to be a HODLer of these - 5-7 years of experience in financial markets, with at least 3 years in crypto trading, exchange operations, or market making - Demonstrated experience in business development or relationship management with institutional trading firms - Strong understanding of order book mechanics, market microstructure, and liquidity dynamics - Experience working with derivatives products (futures, perpetuals, options) preferred - Prior exposure to crypto exchanges or trading platforms. Technical Skills - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools - Ability to interpret trading metrics and generate insights from market data - Basic understanding of trading APIs and exchange infrastructure - Familiarity with risk management concepts and frameworks Knowledge and Competencies - Solid knowledge of crypto market structure and trading mechanisms - Understanding of Indian crypto regulatory environment - Strong negotiation and commercial skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities - Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach Preferred Qualifications - MBA or relevant postgraduate degree from a recognized institution - Experience with Indian crypto exchanges or fintech platforms - Existing relationships within the crypto market making community - Background in traditional financial markets (equity, forex, derivatives) - Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments You will be mining through these tasks Market Maker Partnership Management - Source, evaluate, and onboard institutional market makers for derivatives and spot trading pairs - Execute incentive programs and pricing strategies to attract quality liquidity providers - Negotiate commercial agreements, fee structures, and performance-based incentives - Maintain an active pipeline of market making partners and evaluate new opportunities Performance Monitoring and Analytics - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for market makers including: - Bid-ask spreads and order book depth - Uptime and quote reliability - Execution quality and fill rates - Volume contributions and market presence - Implement performance dashboards and SLA monitoring systems - Conduct quarterly performance reviews and drive improvement plans with partners Liquidity Cost Management - Analyze total liquidity costs across all trading pairs and identify optimization opportunities - Support the design of maker-taker fee structures that balance competitiveness with profitability - Monitor rebate programs and assess their impact on market quality - Generate reports on liquidity ROI and cost efficiency metrics Order Book Development - Support the expansion strategy for adding new trading pairs to the proprietary order book - Coordinate with market makers to ensure adequate liquidity for new pair launches - Work with product and engineering teams on technical implementation of new pairs - Assist in developing launch plans that ensure smooth trading experiences Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a key contact point for market making partners on operational matters - Build strong relationships with liquidity providers and maintain regular communication - Organize feedback sessions and address partner concerns promptly - Participate in industry events and networking opportunities with market makers Are you the one Our missing block - You are knowledge-hungry when it comes to VDA and Web3, always eager to dive deeper and stay ahead in this evolving space. - The world of Web3 and VDA excites you, fueling your curiosity and driving you to explore new opportunities within this dynamic landscape. - You act like an owner, constantly striving for excellence, impact, and tangible results in everything you do. - You embrace a We over Me mindset, growing individually while fostering the growth of those around you. - Change is your catalyst, igniting your passion to build and innovate. - You think outside the box, unbound by limitations or doubt, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
