Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant role. - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - Experience with HR software and databases. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
