Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage in client consultations, identify technical requirements, and recommend automation solutions. Additional responsibilities will include preparing technical proposals, providing pre-sales technical support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal solutions for clients. Qualifications - Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering - Strong understanding of Technical Support and customer service processes - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in Sales and relationship building - Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Knowledge of industrial automation systems is highly desired - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
