Job Description Overall Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Angular developers in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget - Mentor and train junior developers, guiding their technical and professional growth - Stay current on new Angular development technologies and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team Skills & Experience: - Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, and related web development technologies - Proven experience leading a team of developers in delivering large-scale software solutions - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, including Agile and Scrum - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks Day-to-Day Activities: - Lead team meetings and coordinate project schedules and priorities - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and guidance - Act as the technical lead on projects, working closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget - Develop code, write unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the team's work Qualification: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Strong Angular development skills, with experience leading large-scale projects - Excellent communication and leadership skills Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their technical and professional growth - Proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
