We are looking for an experienced Digital Lead for a 360-degree performance marketing agency based out of Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience handling performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other third-party platforms. Please find the detailed job description below. Role Overview: The PPC Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and relevant third-party platforms. This role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on execution skills, and comfort working with data, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, be able to independently conduct audits, and confidently use GTM and analytics tools to drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: > Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and selected third-party platforms. > Execute campaigns end-to-end, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting. > Conduct detailed account audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. > Use CRM tools to assess lead quality, campaign impact, and customer journeys. > Work with Google Tag Manager for event setup, tracking validation, and tag improvements. > Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights. > Build and manage audience segments, including first-party, third-party, and interest-based audiences. > Prepare performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets, showcasing proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. > Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals, budgets, and business outcomes. > Stay updated with new platform features, industry trends, and best practices. Required Skills: *Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and audience management. *Good understanding of CRM platforms and their integration with paid media. *Hands-on experience with GTM, analytics tools, and data validation. *Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable decisions. *Proven track record in PPC audits and performance improvement projects. *Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to build structured, visually clear reports. *Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with ownership and accountability.
