Job Description Lead Engineer -Microservices, VP Position Overview Job Title: Lead Engineer -Microservices Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: VP Role Description As a lead engineer you would be responsible for driving the design and development of scalable and high-performance backend systems. The role requires hands on coding, architectural decision making and leadership skills. You bring in deep expertise in Python and Java based implementations and strong understanding of Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices architecture. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and maintainable services, mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering excellence. Drive the code reviews, coding standards and mentoring junior members. - Propose and present the solutions in wider forums like architecture council and program/governance board.
