Job Description Key Responsibilities - Source, identify, and engage qualified engineering candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases. - Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from understanding job requisitions to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role expectations and deliver top-quality profiles. - Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled candidates for recurring and critical engineering roles. - Ensure full compliance with client requirements, US labor laws, and internal hiring processes for W2 and full-time roles. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and generate regular hiring and pipeline reports. Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in US technical recruitment with a focus on Aerospace, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Automotive industries. - Strong understanding of engineering job roles and relevant technical terminology. - Hands-on experience recruiting for W2 and Full-Time (Direct Hire / Permanent) positions. - Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools as well as job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
