Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate based in Bhiwandi. The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include room preparation, restocking supplies, addressing guest service requests, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The role requires collaboration with the housekeeping team to uphold service excellence and support operational efficiency. Qualifications - Proficiency in Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service - Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring seamless communication with guests - Strong verbal and interpersonal Communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Previous experience in the hospitality or housekeeping sector is a plus
