We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our healthcare domain project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, with a proven track record of implementing payment integration solutions in healthcare applications. This is a critical offshore role that requires deep technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Pega applications with a focus on payment workflows and integration in the healthcare domain. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and optimize payment gateway integrations, transaction processing, and reconciliation workflows. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards in payment processing. Lead offshore development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment modules and Pega components. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development. Certified Pega Senior System Architect (SSA). Strong experience in any payment integration framework (e.g., payment gateways, APIs, transaction processing). Domain expertise in US healthcare systems, especially claims, billing, or provider/patient payment flows. Proficient in Pega integration capabilities (SOAP/REST services, connectors, etc.). Good understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
