About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst specializing in eClinical Solutions to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of eClinical systems such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) for clinical research organizations. Your primary objective will be to facilitate seamless technology adoption, optimize clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, IT, and Quality Assurance, to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and oversee the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving data management efficiency, reducing operational risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry, with a focus on Clinical Operations. - Proven experience managing technology implementation projects, particularly eClinical solutions such as EDC systems, CTMS, and related tools. - Deep understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP), and industry standards. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities to identify opportunities for process reengineering and optimization. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and change management principles is an advantage. Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of eClinical Solutions implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. - Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, and IT teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans. - Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth system deployment and integration. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and reengineering to enhance clinical trial workflows, data collection, and analysis. - Lead change management initiatives, including developing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and providing ongoing support to maximize user adoption. - Establish effective communication channels to update project teams, senior management, and clients on progress, risks, and issues. - Monitor project performance, track key milestones, and proactively address deviations to keep projects on track. - Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. - Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and implement iterative improvements for sustained success.
