What You'll Do - Lead our slots portfolio at Zynga India. - Manage and guide team on complex game mathematics and Slots Design - Foster collaborative cross-functional partnerships - Established workflows with cross-functional team - Data-driven design decisions improving retention and player satisfaction What You Bring - Expert in Slot Game Design - 5+ years of Slot Design Experience - Knowledgeable on Slot Game Math Design - Held a Design Leadership Role - Prior Management Experience with Direct Reports - Experienced Specialist with advanced knowledge and broad understanding of other disciplines - Works on issues of complex scope where analysis of data requires in-depth knowledge of business trends and organizational objectives - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Background in Mathematics or Computer Science What We Offer You Zynga offers a world-class benefits package that helps support and balance the needs of our teams.
