Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager Contact Center located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The day-to-day tasks will include overseeing expediting processes, managing projects, inspecting deliverables, and ensuring efficient logistics management. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with team members and clients to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Expeditor and Expediting skills
- Project Management skills
- Exp in contact Center - Genesys or NICE
- Exp in Genesys Cloud Cx
- Exp in Genesys AppFoundary
- Exp in BYOC Solution
Skillset Required:
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with Contact Center (NICE or Genesys) platforms
- PMP certification mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, as this is a customer-facing role
