Job Description - Looking for an experienced Engineered Plastic Injection Molding Expert to oversee Mold design, Mold development, Facility set-up, Production & Product Prove out and process optimization and deliver high-quality parts with excellent surface finish. - - Develop alternative cost-effective indigenous Polymer - Mold Design Review - Facility Development - Mold Machine Set up & Production - Ensure induction molds are built as per design drawings and within dimensional tolerances. - Review mold trials and inspect first-off samples for fit, finish, and surface quality. - Select appropriate polymers based on application and molding behavior. - Optimize injection molding parameters for consistency and minimal defects. - Conduct root cause analysis for molding or surface defects. - Coordinate with tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing standards. - Familiar with tolerance standards (GD&T), mold qualification, and quality control. - Strong understanding of surface finish requirements Hands-on experience with polymer testing and defect troubleshooting.
