Job Description Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally - Plan and organise the project engineering activities and the assigned resources (engineering specialists, subcontractors, tools, etc.)providing all needed explanation / support - Monitor and control engineering deliverables schedule - Performs interdisciplinary co-ordination - Monitor and control execution quantities - Regularly inform the immediate Supervisor on the performance and the status of the project engineering activities - Provide inputs to the immediate Supervisor in the evaluation of the project changes (evaluating their feasibility, identifying the technical solution to implement and identifying the required resources) including the ones that can require a change order (to be discussed with the Client) Relationships Management* Internal External Interaction with other LEs/JEs and /Modelers/ 2D Designers Interaction with Site coordination / Customer / Vendors / Government agencies Key Result Areas* - Engineering execution plan - Timely delivery of engineering documents/drawings - Interface management - Compliance to Codes and standards Key Competencies Behavioral Need to Have Nice to Have - Highly motivated with an innovative and analytical mind. - Demonstrates ability to work in a team. - Customer Focus - Team work Technical Need to Have Nice to Have - Technical Knowledge in relevant field (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation) - Exposure to major client / PMC's specifications and guidelines. - Process Plants, offsite & utility areas for Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petro-Chemical / Fertilizer Sector - Knowledge of various codes and standards & statutory compliances - Hands-on experience to Primavera / planning tools
