What You Will Do - Drive outbound pipeline across multiple offerings (community, events, partnerships, GTM, memberships, trainings) - Run outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, calls, and targeted lists - Identify ideal accounts, map stakeholders, and qualify opportunities - Build clean CRM hygiene and weekly reporting - Work directly with the leadership daily - Co-own revenue targets and sales budget - Take the ABM approach and convert high-value accounts What We Expect (Non-Negotiables) - Strong written + spoken communication - Hunger to learn fast and iterate even faster - Ability to run structured outbound daily - No fear of rejection - Discipline in follow-ups, call hygiene, and documentation - Comfortable selling multiple moving items, not just one product - Highest accountability Nice To Have - Past B2B SDR experience (even 612 months counts) - Exposure to SaaS, training, or events ecosystems - Understanding of the Testing/QA world What You Get - Speed: For sales, we move in days, not weeks - Global exposure: Client-base and potential client-base spread across India, US, EU, MEA, ANZ, SEA - The privilege of working directly with the founder/leadership - Ownership: You run your own pipeline end-to-end - Horizontal expansion: Multiple products, eventually might be entire vertical ownership if you show capability Hiring Process (Fast) 1. 30-minute screening call 2. Short 45-60 minute assignment 3. Final interview 4. Offer/result within 48 hours of final interview Compensation: 512 LPA (based on capability, outbound readiness, and execution speed) This role is for a problem-solver, a sheer optimist, and a go-getter.
