Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the dental centre and ensure efficient workflow in all departments Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and professional standards Maintain excellent patient service and handle escalations or complaints professionally Monitor appointment scheduling patient flow and resource utilisation for maximum efficiency Ensure cleanliness safety and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards Coordinate with doctors dental assistants and lab technicians to ensure timely completion of treatments Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient reach and retention Conduct regular staff meetings performance reviews and training sessions to maintain high morale and productivity Ensure implementation of company policies HR guidelines and administrative procedures Report operational issues staff concerns and feedback to senior management promptly Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Management Healthcare Administration or related field preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dental clinic or healthcare management Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of dental clinic operations is an added advantage Experience in a dental or medical field is mandatory Key Competencies Leadership team management Accountability and decision-making Patient-centric approach Financial and operational management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
