Job Description Responsibilities - Collaborate with Lead Analyst to manage format/region-specific responsibilities. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of promotional data ingestion in PepsiCo internal systems and external customer portals for trade and demand planning. - Manage contract lifecycle between retailers and PepsiCo for upcoming promotions. - Update TPM events, deal sheets, and new item maintenance based on retailer discussions and pricing changes. - Process and reconcile payment and deduction invoices, monitoring stakeholder approvals and timeliness. - Analyze invoices, segment breakdowns, and ensure timely closure of tactics post-payment; manage trade spend for assigned accounts. - Communicate risks and opportunities to Sales, Control, and Finance teams. - Validate tactic pricing against pricing grids to identify discrepancies in accruals and invoices. - Track payments and funding for vendors. - Manage internal stakeholder expectations through clear verbal and written communication with Sales, Finance, and Control teams. - Deliver accurate and timely payment data in line with service level agreements (SLA). - Lead process improvements, standardize reporting, and optimize technology use (including automation).
