Job Description Job Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, primarily via phone, email, and digital communication channels. This role requires strong business acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Experience : 1 - 2 years Salary : INR 4,50,000 - 5,50,000/year Location : Mumbai, India Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Present and promote company products/services to clients via calls, virtual meetings, and emails. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities and campaigns. Maintain a structured pipeline, update CRM systems, and track sales activities effectively. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and sales processes. Mandatory Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven 12 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead qualification, and conversion strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office and digital sales tools. Skills & Competencies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. - Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and objection-handling capabilities. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Resilient mindset with adaptability to changing market dynamics.
