Job Title HR Performance Lead Location Irumbuppalam Kollam Kerala On-site Job Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Performance Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen organizational performance with a primary focus on sales team productivity and performance management This on-site role in Irumbuppalam Kollam requires a strategic individual capable of aligning HR practices with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Develop and implement performance management systems to improve sales efficiency and target achievement Conduct regular appraisals maintain performance data and generate actionable insights for leadership Oversee recruitment onboarding and the entire employee lifecycle for both sales and non-technical roles Ensure compliance with PF ESI Gratuity and labor laws and assist during statutory audits Manage HRMS operations including attendance payroll and employee documentation Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and support improvement initiatives Coordinate training and development programs to enhance sales team capability and motivation Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields 2-5 years of HR generalist experience with at least 1 year in performance management Strong knowledge of Excel HRMS tools and statutory compliance Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend solutions Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam Kollam Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
