1 CAPEX Capital Expenditure Management Prepare and evaluate CAPEX proposals including feasibility studies ROI and payback analysis Coordinate with production engineering and procurement teams for technical and financial assessment of capital projects Monitor project-wise capital expenditure vs approved budgets and highlight variances Maintain fixed asset capitalization tagging and asset register as per company policy Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and corporate governance norms 2 Costing Prepare and review product costing BOM analysis and process cost sheets Track material consumption scrap generation and conversion cost variances Support standard costing updates and variance analysis standard vs actual Work closely with production and purchase teams to optimize cost efficiency Support pricing decisions by providing cost-based analysis for new RFQs models 3 Budgeting Forecasting Prepare annual operating budgets in coordination with all functional heads Monitor monthly performance vs budget identify key deviations and provide corrective action inputs Assist in quarterly annual forecast revisions based on business performance Support management in developing cost-control initiatives and productivity improvement programs
