Relationship-focused Banking Partner: - Client Relationship Management:Build and deepen relationships with a bank's premium or high-net-worth clients. - Sales and Business Development:Achieve sales targets for various banking and wealth products by identifying opportunities within your client portfolio and acquiring new clients. - Customer Service:Provide professional service to achieve high client retention and satisfaction. - Portfolio Management:Manage client portfolios, track performance, and provide advice on investments and financial planning. - Compliance and Knowledge:Ensure compliance with all bank policies and stay updated on market trends and financial regulations. Strategic/Partnership-focused Banking Partner - Strategic Alliances:Identify, nurture, and manage strategic banking partnerships and alliances. - Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact with banking partners, managing relationships from deal closure to integration. - Business Development:Work with partners to develop and strengthen joint offerings. - Evangelism:Represent the company to bankers and other financial services players to promote products and services. Finance Business Partner (Internal, Analytical): - Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data and performance to guide decision-making and develop business strategies. - Forecasting:Create financial forecasts to help guide business planning. - Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with various business departments to ensure their financial strategies align with the company's overall goals. - Reporting and Communication:Convey complex financial information clearly to both management and employees.
