Key Responsibilities: 1. MIS & Reporting - Develop, maintain, and automate regional MIS dashboards and performance reports. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional and central leadership. - Analyze key business metric and provide insights to support decision-making. - Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasts for operational KPIs. 2. Data Management & Analytics - Design and implement efficient data collection systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources. - Work closely with IT and business teams to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility. - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. - Support regional projects with data-backed recommendations and business cases. 3. Process Improvement - Automate repetitive reporting tasks using BI tools, Excel macros, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Standardize reporting templates and processes across locations. - Develop and maintain documentation of MIS processes, definitions, and data sources. 4. Stakeholder Management - Partner with regional and central teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align MIS deliverables. - Communicate insights effectively to senior management through presentations and reports. - Provide data-driven support for regional business reviews and performance discussions. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business operations Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau. - Strong command of data visualization and dashboard development.
