Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases for IT services and applications. Conduct manual and automated testing to identify issues. Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with IT teams to improve service quality. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Qualifications: 2-4 years of QA experience in the IT service industry.
