Our platform combines creative generation, campaign deployment, and real-time optimizationdelivering 30% better ROAS while reducing production time by 65%. What This Role Actually Is This is a role for someone who deeply understands performance marketing and has the network to prove it. You are: - Currently Head/Senior Manager of Performance Marketing at a D2C brand - OR ex-agency who ran Meta ads for 20+ clients - You know this space inside-out - You have real relationships with agency owners and brand performance leads - You want part-time income + equity while keeping current role You will: - Leverage your network to set up demos (warm intros, not cold calls) - Demo our AI CMO product to your contacts - Close 15-25 customers in 6 months from your network - Give product feedback from buyer perspective - 15-20 hours/week, flexible schedule Why You're Perfect for This You deeply understand the pain: - Creative fatigue killing your campaigns - Agency costs eating your budget (85K/month for creative + media buyer) - Slow creative turnarounds (2 weeks for new video) - Rising CPAs, falling ROAS - Constantly testing new audiences/creatives You have the network: - 20+ performance marketing heads in your WhatsApp/Slack groups - 10+ agency partners you've worked with or know personally - DTC founder friends who run Meta ads - You attend Ads World/SMX/performance marketing meetups - People take your recommendations seriously You can evaluate + demo the product: - You USE tools like this for your job - You can spot BS immediately (you evaluate vendors constantly) - You can demo better than any salesperson (you're a peer, not a seller) - Your recommendation carries weight (I use this myself > Buy this) Who You Are (Must Have ALL of These) Performance Marketing Experience: - 3-5+ years running Meta ads at scale - Currently/recently Head of Performance Marketing, Growth Manager, or Senior Performance Marketer - Managing 20L+/month ad spend OR managed 15+ clients at agency - Deep understanding of creative strategy, audience testing, ROAS optimization Network (CRITICAL - This is why we're hiring you): - 15+ performance marketing heads you know personally (not LinkedIn connections) - 10+ agency owners/founders you can text right now - You're in performance marketing WhatsApp/Slack/Telegram groups - You attend industry events (SMX, Ads World, local meetups) - Your network will answer when you message them Availability: - 15-20 hours/week for 6 months minimum - Flexible schedule (not 9-5 required) - Can do 3-4 demos per week Current Situations That Work Scenario A: Head of Performance Marketing at mid-size D2C - You're successful but want equity upside - 4-5 hours/evening + weekends = 20 hrs/week - Keep your salary, test startup waters Scenario B: Ex-agency Senior Media Buyer/Growth Lead - You left agency, freelancing or between roles - You know 20+ agency owners (former colleagues/competitors) - You want startup exposure + flexible work Scenario C: Performance Marketing Manager wanting more - You're Senior Manager, not quite Head level yet - Want to add advisor at startup to LinkedIn - Have bandwidth for 15-20 hrs/week side work
