What you’ll work on - Designing and scaling backend systems that can handle real growth - Building sector-agnostic architectures that stay flexible - Working with Python or Node.js (both are equally fine) - Optimizing databases, improving query performance, and making data flow smoothly - Reviewing system design, spotting bottlenecks, and fixing them before they become disasters - Collaborating closely with teams, communicating decisions clearly, and mentoring where needed What you bring - 10+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience - Strong command over scalable architecture design - Deep understanding of databases, caching, and optimization - Ability to think ahead — not just write code - Clear, confident communication - A mindset that focuses on reliability, performance, and long-term stability
