Position Summary The Coordinator - Accounts Payable is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of various accounts payable functions, including but not limited to, analyzing and entering third party and inter-company invoices; researching and addressing internal and external stakeholder inquiries; maintaining reconciliations and day-to-day processing. Job Responsibilities - Analyzes and enters invoices into Accounts Payable system(s). - Reconciles accounts payable sub-ledgers. - Processes accounts payable file uploads to SAP AP module. - Monitors and reconciles vendor accounts. - Manages internal and external accounts payable inquiries. - Processes refunds from vendors and customers. - Assists in the processing of 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC forms. - Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and reporting. - Additional duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - 3+ years of previous accounts payable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. - High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. - Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). - Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts. - Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients. - Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. - Ability to work with and influence peers and management. - Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. - Ability to work overtime as necessary.
