The role involves owning design tracks end-to-end from problem framing to high-fidelity execution and mentoring junior designers in a fast-paced growth environment. Requirements - 46 years of experience in product design, ideally within fast-paced consumer or growth teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with clear visual impact. - Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools. - Proven ability to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage changing scopes effectively.
