The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of Front Line Sales (FLS) representatives, ensuring achievement of business targets, and driving customer acquisition for life insurance products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position that directly contributes to the organization's growth and long-term success. Role And Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Front Line Sales (FLS) representatives to achieve assigned sales and business targets. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to expand customer reach and improve productivity. - Ensure the team has the required training, tools, and motivation to deliver consistent performance. - Monitor sales metrics, track daily performance, and take corrective actions where required. - Drive quality business by ensuring compliance, persistency, and customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement and retention. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates impacting life insurance sales. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Training, and Operations) to support business objectives. - Identify, develop, and groom high-performing talent within the team to strengthen the leadership pipeline. Candidate Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in life insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role (handling FLS or similar profiles). - Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales targets in Direct Channel or equivalent distribution setup. - Skills: Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and customer needs. - Analytical Ability: Capability to interpret data and implement insights to improve sales outcomes. - Education: Graduate or Post Graduate
