Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Account Manager based in Varanasi, India, with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will manage and grow client accounts, build relationships with business partners, and support sales objectives in both B2B and D2C channels. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate account records, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences is also a key responsibility. Qualifications - Sales and business development skills, with experience in account management and contract negotiation. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build meaningful client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. - Analytical and organizational skills for managing complex client portfolios and achieving sales targets consistently. - Knowledge of the fragrance, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is preferred. - Self-motivation, adaptability to hybrid work environments, and a results-driven approach are essential. - A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in sales can be considered.
