Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role entails enhancing employer branding, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Qualifications - Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills - Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting - Proficiency in Employer Branding techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the marketing or Ecommerce industry is a plus - 2+ years of experience
