Innow8 is seeking a passionate and tech-savvy engineer to join our STEM education team The selected candidate will contribute to building engaging content developing DIY electronics kits and delivering live online sessions for students and educators This is a hybrid role combining technical development content creation and teaching Key Responsibilities Design and develop DIY STEM hardware kits with sensors microcontrollers and real-world applications Create curriculum-aligned content manuals activity sheets and training materials Upload and manage modules on our Learning Management System LMS Conduct online classes and training sessions for students and teachers across India and abroad Integrate sensors IR Ultrasonic DHT11 LDR etc and electronics into learning kits Collaborate with hardware content and video production teams Document each project with circuit diagrams code and step-by-step guides Assist in improving and scaling existing courses and hardware kits Requirements Required Skills Strong foundation in electronics and microcontrollers Arduino ESP32 etc Knowledge of common sensors IR Ultrasonic DHT11 PIR etc and integration techniques Experience with content creation documentation and curriculum design Comfort with online teaching platforms Zoom Google Meet etc Good skills in Canva PowerPoint Word for creating teaching material Clear communication and presentation skills LMS management and e-learning exposure is a plus Eligibility Criteria Qualification B Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering ECE - Mandatory Experience 0-1 year Freshers with strong projects or teaching experience are welcome Must be able to work full-time on-site from Mohali Should be comfortable taking online sessions in English and Hindi and engaging with learners Benefits Perks Benefits Opportunity to work on live products and content impacting 1000s of students Mentorship from industry experts in hardware and EdTech Get trained in curriculum development STEM delivery and product thinking Certificate of experience and strong growth potential Salary and Location Salary 15000 per month Location- Mohali Punjab
