Job Description Job Opportunity for the position of Cluster Lead TechBee Sourcing, responsible for end-to-end outreach, mobilization and regional engagement for the TechBee Early Career Program for locations: Ambala, Meerut, Gwalior, Jammu, Kota. Program Link: https://www.hcltechbee.com/ Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute sourcing activities across the assigned district/cluster Develop leads and build strong networks with government bodies, educational institutions, NGOs, and other key stakeholders Collaborate with Education, Employment, Skilling, and Welfare departments for candidate outreach and assessments Conduct school and jr college visits for awareness sessions and candidate mobilization Counsel principals, students, parents, and stakeholders; facilitate assessments and onboarding Coordinate district-level assessments, interview scheduling, and versant processes Ensure achievement of sourcing and onboarding targets for TechBee cohorts Organize stakeholder workshops involving principals, education officials, parents, district partners Liaise with banks and financial institutions for student loan processing Participate in government and district-level events for program promotion Travel to schools/NGOs for outreach, awareness, and assessment activities Support eligible candidates with application completion on NPF Guide candidates and parents throughout the evaluation and interview journey Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager/organization Requirements: Min Qualification: Graduate with 3+ yrs of rel exp Work Mode: WFO | 6 days/week Travel: 34 days/week within the cluster Reimbursements: Travel expenses covered as per policy against timely bill submission Interested candidate share CV at [Confidential Information] / [HIDDEN TEXT]
